DMARC Cloud shows you exactly who is sending email as your domain — and whether those emails are properly verified. Test your setup instantly, monitor daily reports, and take control of your domain’s email protection — all from a simple dashboard.
DMARC Report Dashboard
Email providers like Gmail and Microsoft send you daily reports about who’s using your domain to send email — but they arrive as unreadable data files (XML). DMARC Cloud turns them into a clear, visual dashboard.
- See all your domains at a glance — which emails passed and which failed
- Verification results for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on every domain
- Identify every server sending email on behalf of your domain
- Filter by date range and domain
- Click into any domain for the full breakdown
Instant Email Testing
Don’t wait 24 hours to find out if your setup works. Send a test email and get results for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification in seconds.
- Dedicated test address for each selector you create
- Full results: SPF, DKIM, DMARC pass/fail, plus spam and virus checks
- View the technical details behind every result if you need to troubleshoot
- Test from any email client or sending system
- Results stored for 30 days
Multi-Domain Monitoring
Monitor all your domains from a single account. One selector can receive reports from as many domains as you need — just point each domain’s DMARC reporting address to the same place.
- One selector monitors multiple domains
- Create extra selectors to organise by team or region
- Switch between selectors with a dropdown
- Domains appear automatically when reports arrive
DMARC Record Generator
Build the right DMARC record for your domain with our interactive tool. It finds your existing record, fills in your current settings, and shows you exactly what changed.
- Looks up your existing DMARC record automatically
- Pre-fills all settings from your current setup
- Every setting explained in plain language
- Shows a side-by-side comparison of your current vs. new record
- Detects your domain’s settings provider (DNS) and shows step-by-step instructions
Free Lookup Tools
Check any domain’s email verification setup with our browser-based tools. No signup required — all lookups run entirely in your browser using secure DNS, so your data never touches our servers.
- DMARC Record Checker — look up and explain any domain’s DMARC record
- SPF Record Checker — check SPF setup and count lookups used
- SPF Record Generator — build a valid SPF record for your domain
- All tools run 100% in the browser — your data never leaves your device
🔒 Built with Security in Mind
Your DMARC data shows who’s sending email as you — we take that responsibility seriously.
Password + two-factor verification (TOTP), with optional passwordless login using fingerprint or face (passkeys)
Our registration and login pages never reveal whether an email or selector already exists — preventing outsiders from discovering your account
All pages are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Accounts are temporarily locked after repeated failed login attempts.
Login sessions, test results, and temporary data are automatically expired and cleaned up
⚙️ How DMARC Cloud Works
Here’s the big picture of how your domain’s email reporting data flows through the system:
Add a setting to your domain’s public directory (a DNS TXT record) that tells email providers to send reports to your DMARC Cloud address.
Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, and other receivers send daily summary reports to your DMARC Cloud address, covering all email they received claiming to be from your domain.
Reports are automatically processed and stored. We identify every server sending email as your domain, whether they passed or failed verification, and what happened to their messages.
Log in and see all your domains, whether emails are passing verification, and which servers are sending email on their behalf. No technical knowledge required.
Our lookup tools (DMARC Checker, SPF Checker, Record Generators) run entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers — your lookups go directly to a public DNS service and the results are processed on your own device.
